Our BSH Justice Concept for Human Error Management is unique, interdisciplinary, dynamic, and sustainable.

In our approach, we start with error management in order to achieve the best possible results in every legal dispute and every lawsuit effectively and efficiently. Accordingly, our services should be regarded as a sustainable, leverage-enhancing complement to the work of the Offices of the Public Prosecutor General, Public Prosecutor’s Offices, statutory auditors, and attorneys. Furthermore, the BSH concept guarantees sustainable transparency and comprehensive security for companies, public authorities, and NGOs.

Depending on the situation, various methods and instruments from error management, engineering sciences, neuroscience, and psychology are applied within the framework of the concept and, when necessary, further developed in a tailored manner.

The significance of our concept and services becomes particularly evident in cases involving criminal organizations that commit offenses across multiple federal states. We ensure a systematic and systemic conduct of investigations as well as continuous preservation of evidence, thereby preventing any loss of evidence at investigative or jurisdictional interfaces.
